When Rose and Bennett called and told me of their plan to get married in a botanical garden with just a few friends and family I fell in love with the idea. They wanted something short and sweet, but full of sentiment, but not too serious. They even gave me a prewritten script to use I reviewed it and after making a few minor changes got their approval.
Besides from driving around the block a few times to find parking, it could have not gone any better. Not only was Rose and Bennett great to work with. They guest could not have been sweeter if they tried. Everyone there was enjoying the moment and making sure that nothing would spoil the day.
The Botanical Garden located on 6th Street between Avenues B & C is an intimate retreat. It’s not very big, but it’s full of beautiful flowers and trees and it even has a tree house of sorts. Once inside you almost forget that you’re in Manhattan. It was easy to get into the moment and it certain added to the romance of the wedding ceremony. I highly recommend it for small weddings, or any small intimate gathering.
And what did Rose and Bennett say about their ceremony?
“We cannot thank enough Victor. Our ceremony was perfect! Thanks to you!
